For Pete, building is both a creative outlet and a chance to see a project through from start to finish. He takes on each project as his own and is dedicated to providing a quality product.

His favorite projects combine aesthetics with environmentally thoughtful design and building practices. He likes giving new life to quality old materials and also values new building practices for their potential to create more environmentally-friendly and efficient buildings.

He has seen time and again that bigger isn’t always better and less is often more—a well-thought-out footprint combined with quality materials and design result in a structure where every space has a useful purpose and the building “lives well.”
